Vagabond was founded in 2017 by Valery Zelenyuk Jansen van Vuuren, driven to create a fashion-forward brand that will make brides feel their most beautiful. Valery brings a contemporary take on femininity, combining a deep passion for the art of dressmaking with thoughtful design, and couture-level craftsmanship. Each piece is individually made by hand, and every last detail, from fabric to fit, is underpinned by a passion for quality. Vagabond situates itself firmly within the slow fashion movement, practicing minimal discard during production and zero product waste, resulting in an exquisite gown you can truly feel good in and good about!
