GILDED: How did you and your spouse meet?

KRISTINA: We met at a mid-week fraternity party! I came with someone else and was immediately drawn to Morgan… oops! I sent him my number the next day over Facebook and we’ve been dating ever since.

GILDED: What did you love most about your wedding celebration? What are some of your favorite details or special moments?

KRISTINA: It is so hard to choose what we love most, so I’ll try to narrow it down to three: first, our officiant was a friend of ours and was so brilliant – we even played rock paper scissors to see whose vows went first! The food at the Bridge Club is out of this world and we are huge foodies so it was our perfect version of a dinner party! Lastly, I spent a lot of time DIYing everything from invites to succulent terrariums and I could not have been more in love with how everything came together!

GILDED: Did you have a honeymoon? Where did you go and what was your favorite part?

KRISTINA: We went to Turks & Caicos! Instead of an all-inclusive resort, we stayed in a small villa next to the beach that even had its own pool! Our favorite part was snorkeling during the day and cooking dinner in our little home in the evening!

GILDED: What advice do you have for brides looking for their wedding dress?

KRISTINA: Look up the designers carried at each boutique and check to see if they have any upcoming events that will feature designers they don’t normally carry. I knew from the moment I looked at Gilded that I would ultimately find my dress there. I also happened to be obsessed with the designer they were hosting a trunk show for and I had brought in a photo of my dress as an example – it was meant to be!
